Tart, creamy, and refreshing all at once in this Peruvian drink. The Pisco Sour was probably your first cocktail with a raw egg white. And you loved it. Simply pisco, lime juice, some sweetener, all shaken to a frothy mix with the addition of a raw egg white, and finished with a few drops of bitters on top.

Print measures 8.5 x 11, and is printed with archival pigment inks on archival velvet fine art paper. The paper is slightly textured, like watercolor paper. The quality is pretty amazing, and is often mistaken for an original. Great for your home bar.
