Less well known than that other tequila cocktail, but every bit as refreshing is the Paloma. In the traditional version of this Mexican treat, grapefruit soda (Jarritos, por supuesto) is mixed with lime and tequila in a salt-rimmed glass. Amp it up by subbing fresh grapefruit juice, simple syrup and sparkling water for the grapefruit soda.
