Portland Knows How to Pork
$30.00
Portland neighborhood map in a pig butchery diagram poster. Put a pig on it.
Portland may be known as a veggie-friendly city, but meat-eaters there know that Portland really knows how to pork. Especially if it's a heritage breed, woodland-raised, hyper-local, organic acorn-fed, use-it-all-nose-to-tail pig (named Fred).
This is a poster of a hand-drawn map of Portland neighborhoods, in the form of a pig butchery diagram. In addition to the (MANY!) neighborhoods, there are some porky cuts of pig diagrammed, like ham, jowl, secret bacon, etc.
yes, freaking awesome.
Measures 13x19, with an approximately 1/4 inch white border. Warm red pig with dark red text, on a mustard yellow background. Printed with archival pigment inks on 195gsm premium matte paper.
